This weekend was incredibly fun! I hung out with Alex, Kyle, Ryan, Chris B, Chris W, Ben, and Toni. The nights were filled with truth or dare, drunken walks to Burger King, lots of games of Kings, Mario Kart, Half Life 2, 007, Princess Bride, relationship drama, shitty brunch food, procrastination of physics homework, standing in the rain getting drenched, going to bed at 5 in the morning each night, and getting up at 10. Oh man. Just goofy times. Too bad Dustin wasn't here to share it with me! Stupid work.
You
know, of every goofy thing that happened this weekend, the best was
going into Chris B's townhouse so he could get his sweat shirt, and he
was like, "I don't think my roomate is sleeping," so I turned the light on and he was sleeping. I don't know why, but it was just hilarious!
Josh and Nate came down this past weekend. All in all, it was a good time, except for the fact that Josh's brake line blew and I was sick. But, other than that, it was fun. We went to the 99, Northampton, and had a get together at my townhouse. They both left Sunday afternoon, and I spent the rest of the day doing homework and trying to nap. Dustin and I went to Subway for dinner, and watched Bartleby. That movie is goof!
Oh! Today is September 22nd! Do you all know what that means! Frodo just left Hobbiton yesterday and is on his way to Rivendell. It's only 465 miles!
So I had a nice weekend. Dustin and I went back to his house, and we basically just vegged out the whole time. We went to dinner with his parents on Friday night, which was nice because we didn't have to pay. We spent most of the days watching Heroes, and we did some shopping. It was good to get away and relax.
I am ALMOST caught up with my homework. Actually, I take that back. I will never be caught up with my homework.
Hm, for some reason, I always expect my posts to be longer than they are. Oh well. I have a lot more reading I need to do. I just want to nap!!!
I think I might be getting sick. I'm trying to take care of myself, but it's impossible with this food and the amount of work I get. I never get a chance to nap. Stupid sore throat.
Wow, I actually have some free time?? No, not really. I just need a quick break from homework. I've been doing it since 3:30 this afternoon, and I still have plenty more reading to catch up on.
Here's a rundown of class.
Development Psych- Boring. And there's this massively annoying girl in the class who also has to disagree or argue her point. Quick hint: No one cares.
Physics- Hard. Thank God for Nathan.
Shakespeare- Annoying.
American Renaissance- A shitload of reading, and all the stuff I've already done is in the last half of the class.
African American Lit- Even MORE reading.
Badminton- Fun/Goofy.
So life pretty much sucks, and I get so much homework that I can barely breathe. I haven't had a free second since I've gotten here. I have hung out with Katie a few times, and that's always fun. Dustin and I started watching Heroes.
I'm actually going to his house this weekend. YAY! I'm trying to get homework done so I don't have to do a lot when I'm there. SO! Back to the books!
